What is a "sketchagraph", "custom cover", or "sketchafex" card?

Different terms for a "sketch card" ...  a 2½ inch by 3½ inch insert trading card with an original sketch on it.  "Sketchagraphs", the term coined by Fleer Skybox, were inserted into the Fleer Ultra Spider-Man '97 (at 1 per 12 boxes), Marvel Creator's Collection '98 (at 1 per box) and Marvel Silver Age (at 1 per box) trading card sets.  Original sketch cards were also inserted into Marvel Comics' trading card set, Marvel Legends, but referred to as "Custom Cards" by Topps. Later, Rittenhouse Arhives included sketch cards in their trading card sets and referred to these as "sketchafex" cards. Uncut sketch cards (3 inch by 5 inch) represent "unofficial" cards, since these cards were not cut and not inserted in the trading card sets.  Additionally, many artists have created their own "unique" sketch cards catering to the requests of fans.

The FUSM trading card set was released in 1997, while the MCC and MSA sets were released in 1998.  The ML trading card set was released in 2001.  The X-Men 3 Movie trading set was released in mid-2006, followed by Complete Avengers in late 2006.  The Marvel Masterpieces trading card set was released in late 2007.

I am always interested in any type of Spider-Man and related characters and villains sketch cards.  I am also looking for sealed boxes of
Fleer Ultra Spider-Man, Marvel Creators Collection and Marvel Silver Age.
